If you're coming in by train, it's ideal
The hotel was in a perfect location for a tourist traveling by train. It is literally a five-minute walk from the train station and very, very close to Old Town and the Swiss Museum and most of what you may have seen of Zurich in books. The people operating it are very friendly, helpful and fluent in English. Breakfast was so-so, though there were extras for a price.

The wifi is costly - $7/hr, $10/3 hrs, $15/24 hrs. One thing you should know, though, is that this isn't a rate for continuous use. Every time you log out, the clock stops running. So, if you're going to be there for three days and only plan on using the internet an hour a day, you would just need to purchase the 3 hour plan.

Short walk from hotel
Every major thing we wanted to see and do was a few minutes walk from the Arlette. The hotel really has a super location.
