I had booked this hotel for my supervisors and they reported back that two of the three entrees on the hotel restaurant menu were not available that night. This was especially disappointing because it's in an isolated location so they didn't have much of a choice. Otherwise, their stay was fine and no complaints.

Short trip to Zurich
[...]. Only good thing about this hotel is they have the best and kindest morning shuttle service driver. He is one sweet and amazing fellow. Hats off to the kind of service that he gives.

Good location and excellent price discou
Lovely superclean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast which was included in the price. Staff always was very friendly and helpful. Every 20 minutes there was a free shuttle service, and on time. Location was great, only 8 minutes from the airport train and then 10 minutes to the main station in Zurich. Overall a good deal[...]. The only downside, the rooms are not airconditioned, only the lobby and restaurant

Stay far apart from the Apart Hotel
We had to overnight in Zuerich, and this hotel was the closest. Big mistake. Check-in was a bit slow, but we managed, and we went up to our room and unpacked. Before we went to shower for dinner, I plugged my laptop in and found there was no mains power. I tried the lights, we had them only in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they said the engineer would come. 15 minutes later, the front desk woman came up with a male clerk. He found the fuse box and said that they would need the engineer. We said it would be fine if it was fixed while we were out for dinner. We showered and left. Back at the hotel, there was still no electricity in our rooms. The desk clerk was flustered, incompetent, and clearly hated her job. The bartender gave us two large candles, so we could see to either pack out of the room or have a romantic evening, it already being quite late, we chose the latter. The hotel breakfast was a joke, for example a Swiss hotel with no butter, only margarine. It was bad.

Needs total update and refurbishing
Hotel location excellent including the free bus transportation on a regular schedule to the airport. Breakfast (included) was excellent. For a Swiss hotel extremely disappointing. The rooms are in desperate need of upgrading and refurbishing.

I couldn't believe it's Hilton.
I couldn't believe it's Hilton. When you come in, you face thick smoke clouds in the lobby, and smoking smells everywhere. Dirty carpets everywhere. I must say that Hilton Apart Hotel Zurich Airport is one of my greatest disappointments ever.

Standard Budget Hotel. Great if
Standard Budget Hotel. Great if you have a early flight and need to be near the airport. The hotel is clean and functional but too far out of town if you are planning to spend time in central Zurich.

La faiblesse de l'hotel, c'est
La faiblesse de l'hotel, c'est la parking...cher et pratiquement toujours complet. DE plus, il est pratiquement impossible de trouver des places dans les environs, dommage
