Most beautiful hotel we stayed at
I originally booked a single room for my wife and I not knowing that two people can't stay in a single room. The hotel and I were in communication and we decided to spend 412 CHF/night for the wonderful junior suite with a Matterhorn view. I cannot tell you how charming and wonderful the room and hotel is. Zermatt is beyond beautiful and the hotel staff go beyond their duties to make you feel special. I have stayed at 5 star hotels that never make you feel this nice. It is a pricy place to stay but everywhere in Zermatt is.

Wonderful hotel
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mirabeau. The room was alpine rustic, while also being stylish and modern. The hotel's restaurant was excellent. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, so the location was very convenient. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They told me the best place to rent skis, how to get around, and recommended a fantastic hiking path that I never would have found on my own.

Great hotel!
Easy check-in, they upgraded our room without my prompting and the view was superb. Excellent dining room, though the lights were a bit harsh at night, it might be good to turn them down just a bit for a more relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were clean and large and comfortable. The spa is small but excellent and very relaxing. The pool is great as well. It is a bit off the beaten track for Zermatt but a 10 minute walk gets you almost anywhere. We will be back and thank the staff of the Mirabeau for a wonderful stay!

Lovely hotel.
It was the best hotel that we stayed in Switzerland. Room was small but wonderful with all the amenities that you need including bathrobe and slippers. We were very impressed with their dinner as well as breakfast. Highly recommended!
