Hidden in a tranquil park amid lovely flower-filled gardens, the Residence Principe Leopoldo, with its classical style and ample space, evokes the feeling of being on a Tuscan holiday.
A few steps away from the main villa, the 38 bedrooms of the residence are very spacious, designed in a country-house style and, thanks to the surrounding nature, its guests feel perfectly at ease. Guests enjoy the same deluxe service, comfort and amenities as in the main villa, where they can admire the fascinating view over the lake and the city.

Residence Principe Leopoldo Rooms

- This spacious room overlooks the garden. Located just adjacent to the Residence, at only a few steps from the Villa, it covers a surface of about 42 mq (about 450 sqft) and consists in a night corner and a living room area overlooking the park and swimming pool. There's the possibility of adding an extra bed or communicating rooms upon request. Room partially refurbished.

- A secret corner of the Principe: an oasis where peace and quiet reign among the scents and sounds of nature. This informal ambience is suited to quicker meals; here, it's possible to get a taste of simple but genuine tastes. The Leopoldo Restaurant Cafe is open from March to October.
- The Principe Leopoldo Restaurant
- We should not forget to mention our restaurant's astounding cuisine that thanks to the great expertise of Chef Dario Ranza has received numerous awards. The restaurant is renowned for its quality and elegance and has received excellent mentions in several international guides like Les Grandes Tables, Gault Millau and Veronelli. Three quiet dining areas, well-distanced tables, marble and flower upholstery, Louis XVI chairs, linen tablecloths and an impeccable service are the ingredients for dining in style. When the weather is pleasant, guests can enjoy the Gazebo on the large terrace in front of a breathtaking view. Chef Ranza's cuisine joins together the French experience with the genuine Italian tradition. The dishes are at once tasty but delicate; the menu is contrived according to the season, featuring both meat and fish, flavours from the vegetable garden and aromatic herbs. Do not miss the delicious deserts.
- The Principe Bar
- The Principe is always very crowded in the evening, especially on Fri and Sat. The pianist entertains a select clientele (reservations are a must!) with evergreen music or jazz, sometimes accompanied by wonderful singers. Once a month, a wine-tasting evening is organized offering the opportunity to enjoy some of the best labels of wines or champagnes. There's also a vast selection of malt whisky and a cigar menu. Relaxing in comfortable armchairs in the cosy atmosphere of the Bar, our guests can listen to music until 1.00 a.m.
