The we stayed in was a corner
The we stayed in was a corner room in the new wing. It overlooked Lake Lucerne and a commanding view of Mt Pilatus. The hotel is located away from the city centre but you can take a nice half hour walk along the lake side to reach the city centre. The Transport Museum is much nearer and definitely strongly recommended for those travelling with children. The counter staff are very helpful in providing information on getting around to the popular destinations eg. Mt Pilatus and Mt Rigis.

This is a great hotel.. excellent location with a bus service at the door. fantastic facility and first class restaurant. Definitely would stay there again, it has to be one of the nicest hotels in Lucerne. If you go to Lucern you would be crazy not to stay at this hotel...

This hotel is excellent value.
This hotel is excellent value. A little way out of town but great location and bus stops on the doorstep. We reccomend this hotel to anybody and wll definatley visit again. Helpfull staff and great food.

a beautiful location, 'hard to get up from' beds, friendly service, and very good variety breakfast. you set your time to the bus, always on the dot, precisely at the correct time!!!! 10 mins to the city. excellent.

Great location and view
Hotel was clean and comfortable. We chose hotel for view of mountains and Luzern but the first night were given a room in the back with no view. Had to go back to manager to discuss room change from what was booked. Manager did correct things for the next night. The view was awesome. The buffet breakfast was better than expected and had a great selection.

Far away from certer of Luzern
The hotel gave me a very small room with no view. It's totally different from the pictures on the website. Lots of bugs, and room was very hot with no AC.

The Hotel was very well located
The Hotel was very well located with a romantic view of Mount Pilatus and Lucrene lake.The Breakfast was excellent and the staff was also very helpful. Overall a very good experience.
