Luzern in general is a very expensive area to stay, absolutely gorgeous, but expensive. This hotel was in a perfect location, along the Lake with amazing views and a 3 minute walk to the main central station. My husband and I had an amazing
experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern with lots of space. There was free WIFI, staff was extremely helpful, and compared to other Luzern hotels, this hotel was reasonably priced. We would absolutely return to this hotel, just remember to ask for a room with a Lake view.
10 minutes from the train station and 12 min. from Chapel Bridge. Easy walk into town, away from the old town, but that was perfect for us. Swiss hotel with impeccable service and very clean. Restaurant for breakfast gluten free friendly, but
ran out of GF bread at lunch. Expect to pay Swiss prices. Yikes! Free wifi was a huge plus.
