Clean & comfortable
I stayed at the Crystal Hotel for 2 nights in June 2012. I thought that the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good - nice that the breakfast room was located on the 5th floor which meant you get great views over the town. Friendly staff.

nettes Personal, sauber!
gut gelegen für einen Aufenthalt in Lausanne, eher ohne Auto. Bekamen gratis Tickets für die Metro!

Viel zu teuer für das Gebotene
Die Lage des Hotels ist eigentlich ok. Abgesehen von den Bettlern und Randstädigen die sich im näheren Umfeld befinden. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Das man für das Auto noch 20.- CHf draufzahlen muss finde ich bei dem gebotenen Preis - Leistungsverhältnis nicht angebracht. Das Zimmer im obersten Stock bietet zwar einen wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer von Lausanne. Dies ist aber gleichzeitig auch einer der wenigen positiven Punkte. Das Zimmer war schmudelig und dreckig. Haare in der Dusche! Der Käse beim Frühstück ranzig. Für 127.- pro Nacht dürfte man mehr erwarten.

très bonne situation
hotel très bien situé au coeur de la ville parfait pour faire du shopping ou manger proche de tout en plus hotel très propre et confortable avec un personnel charmant
