This is one of the best if not the best hotel in the village, it was recently fully refurbished. It offers great variety of accommodation, from standard bedrooms to apartments, suites and chalets. The hotel is traditional in style and consists of several buildings which have been linked together. Most of the apartments and chalets have balconies overlooking the Eiger. This hotel is located in the centre of the glacier village of Grindelwald, opposite the railway station and within easy access to all the lifts and shops and enjoying spectacular views of the mountains.

- The rooms vary from medium to large and are quite individual in design. The majority are quite traditional in style with high ceilings. All rooms have high quality furnishings and are in exceptional condition as are the bathrooms.
