This is a friendly family run hotel with an ambience which the owners, the Konzett family, are justly proud of and work hard to maintain. It also has a delightful wellness area which includes the luxury of a rooftop sun terrace. The hotel is traditional in style and consists of several buildings which have been merged together. The balconies at the front of the hotel are adorned with flowers, creating a pleasant alpine effect. This Hotel is harmoniously nestled between impressive giant cliffs and sunny mountain meadows in the center of the beautiful holiday resort Grindelwald. With its hearty atmosphere, excellent service, outstanding cuisine inspired by the seasons, nice Wellness , and the beautiful rooms & suites you can make yourself completely at home. - The medium sized rooms are comfortably furnished, all having been renovated in the last few years. Though the rooms vary in style they are all in very good condition. The front facing rooms are particularly bright due to the French windows leading on to the balconies which command magnificent views over the valley to the Eiger. The bathrooms are all in good condition.
