- The rooms vary somewhat in size, but on average they are small in size. Despite the two building's external differences the rooms themselves are surprisingly similar, being newly decorated to a high standard. Though essentially simple in style they afford guests every comfort expected of a hotel of this category and are in very good condition as are the bathrooms.

- The hotel restaurant is located just off the lobby in the Jungfrau building. It is also decorated in simple Swiss rustic style with heavy wooden furniture.

Awesome View!
Awesome View! Waking up to a view of the Alps (and the Eiger Mountain) was incredible. Rooms were clean and basic; good size bathroom. We got 2 twin size beds pushed together rather than a double bed. Cold breakfast left a lot to be desired. Good location; close enough to town and the train station. Across the street from a laundry mat; very convenient. Free 15 minute Internet access was awesome. Beds comfortable but had no sheets; pillows were so flat it was like no pillow. Pricy compared to rates other travelers got in other hotels/B&B's. Overall, would stay there again. Great location for all the hiking we did.

Derby Hotel has AWESOME food! We ate there every night.
