The 4-star family Hotel Spinne is located at the foot of the Eiger, right in the centre of the glacier village Grindelwald. Most of the rooms have a balcony or terrace offering superb mountain views.
In the Ristorante Mercato the finest pizzas, pasta and hearty meat dishes as well as tender fish dishes are served. In the cosy Rtisserie you can enjoy international and traditional regional cuisine surrounded by candlelight and gentle sounds of music. Through the big windows the surrounding mountain scenery looks greater than on any postcard.^
Please note that our restaurants will be closed between April 14th to May 11th 2012.
The Hotel Spinne's terrace is the most beautiful terrace of the glacier village and the piano lounge invites you for a drink at the open fireplace. To end your day in a perfect way, visit the Espresso Bar or to the newly renovated Mescalero disco.
Relax in the beautiful Alpen spa area with 2 different saunas, a steam bath, a whirlpool, experience showers, an ice walk, massages and cosmetic treatments.

- The Jungfrau region around Interlaken includes 3 ski areas connected by a free ski bus. With 110 km of ski runs, the Kleine Scheidegg-Mnnlichen area is the biggest and one of the most popular in Switzerland. Every year in January the famous Lauberhorn ski race takes place in Wengen. Grindelwald-First is great for snow boarders and also features the longest toboggan track in the world. Situated between 1650 and 3000 metres above sea level, Mrren-Schilthorn is the highest-situated ski resort in the Bernese Oberland and offers optimal snow conditions until spring. Lauterbrunnen enchants with its impressive rock faces and waterfalls.
