- Set at the end of the Lake Leman, Genevas lakefront is one of the citys greatest assets. The familiar Jet deau spouts a water column as high as 450 feet in the air, and on a clear day you can see the Mont-Blanc.
As you stroll down the lakeside quays youll pass by beautiful flowerbeds, gardens and other exotic flora as well as elegant old residences. As for whats on the lake - swans, ducks and diving birds cohabit with a multitude of brightly coloured sailing boats just waiting for a regatta to sail by.
