Was good but cold :(
The only problem was that they did turn off the heater because 'it was too hot a few days ago'. Thats not acceptable for a hotel in the 21st Century...

Very Good business hotel
Very good hotel, good location for business traveller. Small meeting room available. Not in the historic quarter but that area is easily accessible by tram. Very good restaurant, but breakfast pricey. Helpful staff.

Not as advertised
Disappointing rooms -certainly not worth the price. Other Manotel locations are far better value for money.

All the Geneva hotels I stayed in offered a free transit pass. The public trans is a simple and efficient way to get around the city.

Business friendly
The hotel is two blocks from Lake Geneva and a five minute walk to the city centre. Compared to most rooms in Europe, the room was well equipped and included a coffee maker and AC. The staff was professional and spoke English.

Great Location
We had a single afternoon in Geneva on a return trip from skiing before our flight home the next morning. One of the biggest criteria in picking the Manotel Epsom was location; the ability to easily get to it from the central train station and the ability to easily walk down to Lake Geneva and view the historic parts of the city. The location fulfilled every expectation that I had. The cleanliness of the rooms and overall design/maintenance of the hotel was superb. I would definitely stay there again. We did not actually experience the amenities nor the dining options of the hotel. Therefore, disregard the rating for those items.

Good balance price=quality
We just stayed for one night, but it was a good choice of the hotel. Very close to the city centre. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel was very easy to find even without GPS :) The breakfast buffet has a variety of choice.

very elegant
I needed a place to stay for one night in Geneva and found this hotel to be outstanding. The front desk was very courteous [...]. The room was super clean and included a bathrobe and slippers. The bed was outstanding and I got an excellent night sleep. Another plus for Geneva, this hotel has Wifi at no extra charge.I have been to two other hotels in Geneva, but will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva.
