Reliable and plastic
Nice place - typical Ibis. Well run, very comfortable. This one is a bit out of town (zone 2 from the center). No charm or soul, but everything one needs from a friendly and efficient staff to a fine shower and comfortable bed.

Our second visit to this hotel
Convenient location on the #9 tram line so access into Bern is easy and quick. Parking for the days we had a rental car was a bonus. The breakfast is always reliably great with a nice selection of breads, cheese, meats, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc. The small rooms (by American standards) are well designed and adequate - we needed a place to sleep, shower and change between our activities to attend a wedding, visit family and do some sightseeing and this AIR CONDITIONED HOTEL was perfect for our needs!

Visit the tourist center in the train station in Bern to get a visitors travel pass to use on the trams, buses and train to facilitate getting around town. They are also extemely helpful about excursions, restaurants, etc in the area so that you can make the most of your time in Bern.

The Most Incredible Trip Ever
This was truly one of the best hotels we ever stayed in--the room was great--the staff was great and very helpful--we would certainly come back again
