Mostly OK for a chain hotel. Friendly staff and good service. The en-suite was a shower with a partial partition. Unfortunately the floor outsideof the immediate shower area drained the wrong way straight onto the wooden floor of the room. Don't change more than the bar minimum of currency at the hotel, the rates are appalling. I needed small cash for taxis etc and changed €50 which yielded 467.5SEK a bit short of typical yield of around €495.

A great location to explore the old town, museums and sightseeing boats. Also close, easy walking distance, to the rail and bus stations if you are using public transport.

Can't go wrong with Sheraton
Great location, situated by train station and walking distance to lots of sight seeing places. Only problem was that it was a prepaid reservation and they didn't have record of it but staff was very helpful and took care of it from hotel's end. No hassle.

Great location, pleasant stay
I have spent quite a bit of time in Sweden and in Stockholm. Finding a hotel with rooms larger than a closet can often be challenging. The Sheraton delivered on a very comfortable room, with excellent beds at a very reasonable price. The location is also about as perfect as it gets. If driving, its right off the E4. And if you flew in or took the train its 5 minutes from the central station. And an easy walk to bars, shopping, tours, Old Town.

A fine hotel in a perfect location.
We spent 7 days here. The hotel is in walking distance to the airport train, the subway, restaurants and many important sights. Staying on the club floor gave us convenient access to breakfast, afternoon snacks and hapy hour.

Centrally located
Nice, clean room with a good view of City Hall and the water. Concierge was very helpful. The hotel itself seems to be a short walk from everywhere.
