A beautiful hotel typical of the luxury properties owned and operated by this hotel chain. It offers fantastic views over the river and surrounding parkland ensuring a calm and relaxing atmosphere in which to stay. A sauna and refreshing pool, as well as a solarium and gym are available in the hotel for all guests. A beautiful and classical designed building of the late 19th Century. This property is one of Sweden's most beautiful hotels. It is centrally located by the riverside of Klaralven. The city's main shopping streets are located behind the hotel as are a multitude of dining and entertainment options.

Very suitable for a town trip

The location is very good. In fact, the hotel is located in the center of Carlstad. The standard and the hotel history is amasing. I find the price disconcertingly low. There is several good restaurants very close.
