First Hotel Witt is located by the cathedral square in renaissance Kalmar. The classic hotel dates back to the 17th century. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, sauna and garage parking. Conference facilities seat up to 200 participants. Several of the rooms offer sweeping sea views.

The largest of our five fully-equipped conference rooms seats 200. In addition, we have four breakout rooms. In addition to our leisure facilities out-of-conference activities can include theme parties, party bowling, lasergame, golf and visits to the local Kalmar Castle.

Nice hotel. Seems to cater to families, as there were several with small children staying at the hotel. No hours posted for the exercise/sauna facilities, and they seemed to be locked when I tried to check them out.
