- A space efficient room with all the necessary facilities. Our most common and popular room type, frequently used by our business travellers. The room can be used by two or three guests as there are comfortable extra beds available in the rooms. An affordable and good option for, friends on holiday or sports groups. - Welcome Hotel is located by highway E18, just 30 minutes to Arlanda Airport. Stockholm City can be reached within 15 minutes with the Commuter Train, where the train station is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The trains leaves every 15 minutes to Stockholm Central Station.

- Bistro Welcome offers a generous breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner prepared with care and local products. The menu combines traditional Swedish Cuisine with international flavors. Vegetarian options and special menu for kids are available. The Bistro is open daily between 7 am to 10 pm, and the bar stays open until 1 am. The bistro serves meals at laid tables as well as light dishes at the bar. Our breakfast buffet contains everything you could want and is served 6:30-9:00 am on weekdays and 7:00-10:00 am on weekends. In our garden pavilion next to the pool area, we serve coffee and dinner to groups and conference guests.

a wonderful lobby
Being a businessman, I like the comfortable lobby with a big screen of TV and a business cornor with a free internet. The railstation is quite near the hotel - convenient!

The economical alternative
Free parking right outside and 15mins from Central Station by commuter train to Barkarby, 120m away from the reception. Clean rooms, nice and cosy in winter. Excellent breakfast, pleasant bar area with open fire and conservatory with gas fire Rooms are not massive, but are still more than adequate. Everything you need is there including free and fast wifi with a free code from reception. Rooms have a fold away bunk for a child if you need that. Stay here for 3 nights for the cost of 1 night in the city centre and you will probably still need to catch a metro to that hotel which will take as long as the fast commuter train. Trains still run into the early hours. We arrived back at 1am in the early hours of Sunday morning with plenty of people riding the train.

Great stay at a very convenient location
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Hotel is located just a short walk from the comfortable train that takes you to Stockholm city centre in around 15 mins. Its easy to buy tickets and the train goes frequently all day long. We preferred to get good accommodation outside the centre, pay less and just have a small train ride in the morning - very convenient. Hotel is good standard, service of the staff excellent and Buffet Breakfast good as always in Scandinavia. Close to the hotel is also Scandinavia’s largest outlet for clothes, so you can easily spend a day shopping for good value.

Short walk from hotel
Take the comfortable train to Stockholm City Centre and save money. Station is less than 5 minutes from Hotel and tickets can be bought at the station or in the local Pressbyran shop. Arriving to Stockholm C you are right in the middle of town with just 5-10 mins walk to Old Town, Royal Castle and shopping.

Kurzurlaub in Stockholm und Uppsala
Wir haben in diesem einfachen Hotel nur angenehme Erfahrungen gemacht. Nach dem Frühstück (Büffet) waren wir bis Abends/Nachts waren wir in der Stadt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Flure waren immer sauber. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist wirklich ein angenehmes Familienhotel in dem auch Kinder willkommen sind. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist sehr groß und die Verkehrsanbindung nach Stockholm, Uppsala und dem Flugplatz Arlanda sind gut. Man kann das Auto stehen lassen und mit der Bahn in die Stadt und hat keine Probleme mit Parkplatzsuche und keine hohen Kosten an Parkgebühren. Wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen
