This is not a place to stay if you have work to do on your computer and require free Wifi. You have to go to the cramped lobby and hope for a connection. The two staffers at the desk were not only unhelpful but clearly making it evident I would go
away. The rooms are terrible small, and I could not get the heat to come down and threw off the covers to get any sleep at all. The room is very tiny, approximately mausoleum size, and the black painted walls add to that funereal effect. In short, never here again. Vitoria has great lodgings. Choose one o fthe other options.
