Angenehmes Stadthotel
Das Hotel ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind angenehm gross, diejenigen gegen den Innenhof sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig und gut. Allerdings sollte die Hotelbar abends geöffnet sein. Vor allem an einem Sonntagabend, wenn die Lokale in der Stadt geschlossen sind. Frühstücken kann man auch problemlos in den Cafés gleich über der Strasse falls man ohne Frühstück gebucht hat.

Nous avons rencontré
Bonjour, Nous avons rencontré 2 problèmes importants avec cet hôtel: mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres, par exemple, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la salle de bain de la chambre voisine, plus le bruit des portes du couloirs; le deuxième problème, est la mauvaise qualité de l'accueil à la réception, aucune information sur les services de l'hôtel, ils se contentent de vous donner le clé de la chambre un point c'est tout! Ce n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
