Spectacular city views from the rooms and the pool

Located close to major tourist attractions the Eurostars Gran Valencia is well suited to holidaymakers. The recently built hotel includes a fitness center and rooftop swimming pool which offers spectacular city views. The 14th floor restaurant serves food with a nod to traditional Valencian flavors, while guests have the option of taking cocktails in the lobby bar while enjoying the atmosphere created by live piano music. The hotel's conference facilities complement its proximity to Valencia's Conference Center, making it an equally good choice for business guests.

Nice hotel, good breakfast but

Nice hotel, good breakfast but only booked it because I phoned before hand to confirm swimming pool & terrace was open. On arrival found it was closed for 4 days. Asked for hotel to pay for return transport to beach & sunbed hire but they declined. Said they would give me a discount off a future booking of 5 days or more made directly with them.

We enjoyed our stay at Eurostars Gran Valencia. Our only complaint is that we didn't have a longer stay! Great value for money and close to the metro.

Not What I Expected

If you are vacationing in Valencia and looking to do touristy things or go to the beach, this hotel is not for you. The proximity to the center of town or the beach requires that you take the Metro, and you must walk through an area that is not very safe at night to do so. Once the Metro stops running, unless you are wearing sneakers, you'll have to take a taxi to get to any of the attractions. Although the hotel did have fitness facilities, many of the machines were broken or out of order. Aside from the weight machines, only one bike and two treadmills were working. There is a decent breakfast buffet in the mornings, although I found it to be expensive for the food offered. The staff was helpful for the most part. Facilities are modern as well. Valencia is a beautiful, charming city (one of my favorite in the world!) but the next time I book a trip, I will keep location in mind.

Be sure to enjoy at least one meal at Taverna Alkazar, all of the food is exceptional but especially the seafood and the paella.

L'hotel est à deux pas du métro mais aussi à deux pas du tram, Le tram est très pratique pour se rendre dans la vielle ville.

excellent confort, un peu froid

excellent confort, un peu froid (tres moderne, beton, moquette bleue, etc) emplacement ideal avec metro et bus touristique et stade de valence tout a coté, a noter la superbe salle de sport panoramique au 23 eme etage, tres bien equipée, avec sauna homme et sauna femme et la non moins superbe piscine sur le toi. dommage que le wifi soit payant dans la chambre !!

Très bel hôtel, un peu diffice

Très bel hôtel, un peu diffice à trouver toutefois. Il est excentré, très calme, belles chambres; le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, le personnel discret, bref un pur bonheur!!! A recommander sans aucune hésitation.
