Hotel Don Paco Sevilla

Our stay at the hotel was during Semana Santa we could not have been in a better location for watching the processions. Importantly, we had a car. The hotel had a private garage but was full during our stay. There was a public parking lot a short walk from the hotel which was very convenient. All in all, I would recommend Hotel Don Paco for the overall value, comfort and location.

The room was clean and decently equipped. The staff was not overly friendly but not unfriendly. The only problem I had was that the beds were hard as rock.

While the hotel is fine for Euro standards, and the location is ideal, the paper thin walls, pushy cleaning staff and horrifically hard and uncomfortable beds made sleeping here nightmarish. Twice, even when the do not disturb sign was on the door, cleaning staff knocked and wanted to come in and clean. In addition, the heat was blasting all the time, forcing the window to stay open. Because most of the rooms are around a courtyard, more noise in amplified. You literally hear others brushing their teeth. Breakfast was serviceable, although expensive. Very close walk to trains and buses as well as city center tourist sites. Neighborhood is a little delpidated though. A few bars but no real restaurants.

location was perfect, in the outskirts of downtown, 10 minutes of a pleasant walking distance from the cathedral. clean room. if you need a taxi to the train station, that would be a very easy and convenient task. ac was quite noisy.

Booked The Don Paco due to its location and its pool, it excelled on both counts. Carpeting in the halls and other parts of this hotel need renovating/replacing, the decor is very 1960's. The room was small but comfortable and the WI-FI worked very well. The T.V. was hard to operate but we finally got it to go. The service and staff were good and the pool area and bar at night were VERY good and well worth going to see after sunset, it is wonderful to sit and have a drink and see the sights of Seville all lit up!

This hotel is great value for money, good location, some of the best places to eat within just a few minutes walk. Fantastic pool area and roftop terrace. Sure, like some of the other reviews say, the lobby area is a bit dated, but you're not going to be spending much time in the lobby so I don't think it really matters. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.

Stayed two consecutive weekends. The room the first weekend was larger, bathroom more spacious and better equipped with toiletries. The second weekend the person at reception gave us wrong information about times for food and we had to go out for a meal when we had planned to eat at the hotel. Hotel very clean. Staff at breakfast found us tables very quickly even when there were coach tours there. Good selection at breakfast. Bar food very reasonably priced. Hotel was recommended to us by friends from Seville and that is recommendation indeed!

We found this hotel to be an ideal base. The pool on the roof was superb. As the weather was very hot while we were there it was a gem. The staff were very helpful also. On arrival we were given a room facing an unattractive wall but we asked Carlos if we could get a room with a view and he facilitated us. The new room had a wonderful view over rooftops of the Cathedral and surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was good and varied. The bedroom was bright and clean and the bathroom airy with powerful shower. Will definitely return to Don Paco.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, vom Frühstücksangebot war ich angenehm überrascht (warmes / kaltes Büffet). Die Lage ist fast ideal: nachts sehr ruhig, alle Punkte des "Pflicht"-Programms (Barrio Santa Cruz, Alcázar, Kathedrale, Casa de Pilates, Plaza de Toros, Plaza de España...) können in max 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden, in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss können auch der Bahnhof und der Shuttle-Bus zum Flughafen erreicht werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Taxis können direkt vor dem Hotel halten (ist bei Hotels direkt im Barrio Santa Cruz kaum möglich). Fazit: als Hotel für künftige Sevilla-Besuche ist Don Paco vorgemerkt.

Se escuchan bastante las conversaciones del pasillo y ademas teniamos unos vecinos q se dedicaban a hablar en tono bastante alto a altas horas de la madrugada.
