- Located in the historical city center, this 4 star hotel enjoys an excellent situation, just 5 minutes away from the most emblematic monuments of the city. (Muralla de Segovia, Alcázar de Segovia etc). As well as the charming old town, it's also in the centre of the city's shopping areas and business districts.

Hotels clients will delight with a harmonious combination of traditional recipes from Castile and creative cuisine, incorporating signature dishes prepared using local ingredients. Specialties include suckling pig and lamb roasted over a wood fire in sight of the dining room, vegetables from the Vega del Pirón region, mushrooms from the Guadarrama mountains and La Granja large broad beans, small game, homemade marinades, fish from the Bay of Biscay, beef and enticing desserts.
