At this property just off Santiago de Compostela, personal attention to clients is one of the main purposes of the staff. It is ideal for those travelling with children and for those willing to explore this beautiful land. 03/08MP The hotel is housed in a detached building surrounded by green areas and trees. It is especially nice during summer due to the outdoor swimming pool, available during the summer, weather permitting. This family-run hotel is found in a beautiful natural area just a short distance (approximately 25 km) by motorway to Santiago de Compostela’s old quarter and international airport. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. The location makes it very convenient for those who do not want to miss the beautiful coastal area “Rias Baixas”, famous for the delicious seafood and Albariño wine.

Beautiful Country Location

The Corona de Galicia Hotel was quite comfortable for our needs, because we were there only to sleep each night. It was in a beautiful area of a small town. However, if we had not rented a car in Santiago de Compostela, we would not have been able to stay in this location, because it was listed as being in Santiago, and it was a great distance (over 20 miles) away. It was not easy to find. However, the young man (possibly the manager) was called in and was very accommodating, and we were given clean comfortable rooms. Our room with three beds was quite crowded and there was no air condtioning, but we did enjoy our stay there.
