Return to Salamanca
The staff was fantastic with a very personal touch despite being overworked. These people will try their best to do anything for you. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has trouble walking or climbing steps. There are about ten rather large and steep steps into the hotel. When I asked about this concerning the disabled, she said the Salamanca monument committee would not let the hotel make changes to accommodate them, because it would destroy the original structure
