Hotel is super for families - superb facilities and activities for children. The location is also very good. However, if you are 20-30 and single stay away. You will be bored out of mind, because there arent many things to do for this age group in the area.

You get what you pay for!
Overall a quite enjoyable stay. Rooms were relatively clean and were serviced daily. Balconies were poor though with peeling paint and alcohol stains on wall. Staff were excellent. I had my 9 year old daughter with me and good entertainment in the evenings to keep the kids occupied. 3 pools with 1 heated, but still pretty cold as you would expect in December. Rated as a 4 star but in my opinion only a 3 star. Didn't try the hotel food as was self catering. For what I paid for my 10 day break an excellent choice.

Shopping tip:
Long walk from hotel
Local shops in Matagorda are not very good so appx half hour walk or a short drive to Puerto Del Carmen is a good option for shopping/ restaurants,etc.

Perfect for the Family
A very good place for family holidays. Although the hotel is located near the airport, the noise of plains does not reach the space of the hotel. The staff is fully cooperative and helps every one to improve the experience. The menu is varied, based on the traditional spanish cuisine. Our saty in this facility contributed to enjoy our holidays.

Four girls on hold
Great location for families
hotel was everything we hoped for and better. Will definitely return. Wouldn't recommend for couples during school holidays though! Only negatives were abysmal map of hotel given on check-in. Impossible to follow. Hotel supermarket was way over priced but local supermarkets are very close. Very enjoyable stay.
