Hotel Andia
This was a fabulous hotel with fabulous staff. They were very friendly and helpful with regards to transportation into the city center, restaurant options, and general room service. The staff generally speak English, so if you're Spanish-challenged like me, you should be fine. There is free wifi as well as a laptop for public use at the front desk. You can also store your bags in a secure room if you need to leave your bags. There's a restaurant/bar within the restaurant, I didn't try it cuz it's fairly pricey, but at least you have the option if you don't want to go outside. It's about a 15 min bus ride to the city center (about 4-5 stops). It's also 2 stops from the train station (which you do have to walk a good 10 min after getting off the bus, unless you transfer buses). Overall, it's really clean, friendly staff, and not too far from the city center.

Money-saving tip:
Long walk from hotel
From the Pamplona station, on the big street, take the No. 9 bus on the same side as the station, and transfer to line No. 10 bus (far left corner of the roundabout.. relative to the direction of the No. 9). I don't believe the bus tickets (1,20 euros) are transferrable, so if you want to walk the No. 10, it's about a 10-15 min walk. No. 10 bus drops right in front of the hotel (2 stops).
