Barcelona is a lovely city even during protest and riots. There is so much to see, the buildings are gorgeous especially seeing the modernist structures that Gaudi worked on. There are loads of great bars and Restaurants; and endless selections
of shopping and beaches.
I would have preferred to stay closer to the centre as commuting was not particularly enjoyable as a single person. Also cabs are expensive. The area where the hotel is located does not have much if any restaurants or bars. It is very residential but people are very helpful and friendly.
I enjoyed the trip just wished I lived closer in. Please note the train services are pretty efficient and the staff were very helpful.

This hotel has all what you need to go to Spain, specially if you go for work or business, despite the location is far from Barcelona´s downtown, also the train and the industrial area is close.
I suggest that if you want a clean and quiet hotel
you go to this place, don't wait more than this.
