Classical fortified constructions from the transition from the medieval to the Renaissance form, along with extensive beaches and a geography with a Magreb charm, the framework for this Parador. The privileged view of the town from the upper part of the Lobera park adds to the attraction of its rectangular lines which, moreover, take advantage of the benefits of the hot North African sun with white Andalusian walls. Overlooking Melilla, The Parador benefits from the mature of the attractive valley over which it rises up and from the excellent features of this ancient walled town. From here the whole town can be made out, with its magnificent beaches and the famous Monte Gurugu included in its castle. The other amenity includes Lobby and Reception.

Dining

Restaurant
Fish and seafood are displayed in Melilla as the clearest exponent of its cuisine, in which the quality of these products and their treatment in the kitchens emphasizes the Andalusian character. The link with the Iberian peninsula spreads to its gastronomy; although without preventing certain nuances from this enclave from showing through. The "rape Estopinan" (anglerfish) and fried vegetable salad with Melilla salted fish are examples of the personality of the menu.

Paradise In Melilla

The Parador of Melilla is a true Paradise. We found our stay there both enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. For example, one morning we arrived late for breakfast, and the waiter went out of his way to give us a good meal even though the breakfast buffet had been removed. The panoramic view of the city and the ocean is unequalled. I can imagine a lengthy stay in this home away from home.
