- Standard Room offers two twin beds. Offering the most innovative technologies and carefully decorated, in an environment that encourages relaxation, the 25 apartments that comprise GUADALPIN BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS are distributed along a U-shaped building facing south, so that most of them enjoys sea views and pool and sun all day. Given the unique concept of construction of the building, some apartments have two and three bedrooms, each with private bath, living room, and all with fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and a private terrace or balcony fabulous, also, some of them have and bubble bath, solarium or terrace oversize.

TERRIBLE AND MISLEADING
Since the Guadalpin is or was a hotel i was not prepared for the awful experience which led me to cancel the booking on arrival and find alternative accommodation on saturday March 23rd. Front desk was manned by one person who spoke no English. There was no security, no pool , no bar, no restaurant. It was a shell of a building with locked doors and no facilities. I would question the safety of this hotel in terms of fire and personal safety. It was an intimidating and uncomfortable environment. The room smelled heavily of smoke. The presentation of this accommodation is misleading and wholly unsatisfactory. It does not state that there are no facilities and it should make it clear that it is not a hotel. I was refused a refund.
