Re-opened in April 2012 under new management, this delightful hotel cleverly combines the tradition of local architecture with modern services and facilities. The hotel is located in the old town of Frigiliana - voted the prettiest in Andaluca - between the mountains of the Sierra Tejeda and the Eastern shores of the magnificent Malaga coastline.
The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the many attractions of the area, making the short journey down to one of the lovely local beaches, or for just lazing next to the pool on the sun terrace. The hotel has 35 rooms each with its own balcony and superb mountain views. 30 of the rooms are twin-bedded, and there are 5 splendid corner superior rooms with double aspect views and spacious terraces. Some rooms can accommodate an extra single bed.
In the bustling atmosphere of the traditionally styled bar with its adjoining terrace, you will be able to enjoy breakfast and snacks, including hot and cold tapas, and drinks throughout the day.
If you are looking for something more substantial, 'The Restaurant' at Hotel Villa Frigiliana serves excellent value fixed price lunch and dinner menus as well as la Carte, all with an international flavor and a strong focus on traditional Spanish dishes using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. There is an excellent selection of Spanish wines, and friendly and knowledgeable restaurant and bar staff who will be only too happy to help you with your choice.
