lo mejor del hotel la localización,

lo mejor del hotel la localización, en la gran vía. habitaciones modernas, y acogedoras. lo malo la terraza del hotel que no pudimos disfrutarla porque había un evento privado, una pena! volvería sin lugar a dudas

Hôtel très bien situé proche du

Hôtel très bien situé proche du vieux Madrid et de tous les moyens de transport. Chambre avec décoration Art Déco très agréable, literie confortable et excellente insonorisation. Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit cher (18€/personne). A recommander.

excellent emplacement en centre

excellent emplacement en centre ville pres detous les commerces. rien sur l'hôtel a part un manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres et dans les couloirs; tres belles chambres bien equipees. un seul probleme: impossible de boire un rafraichissement quand il pleut car a part la terrasse il n'y a rien d'autre.

Posizione ottima a 100 metri da Plaza de Espana e vicino alle fermate metro ^Place de Espana^ e ^Santo Domingo^, camere accoglienti. Colazione non compresa da pagare extra un po cara.

Herbstferien

Sehr nettes Personal, welches gut Englisch spricht. Bei den Attraktionen wurde sogar ein Stadtplan mitgegeben und für die Rückreise ein Taxi vorbestellt. Für den Safe braucht man unbedingt eine Kreditkarte, aber dies wurde auch freundlich erklärt. Wegen der lauten Strasse ist es nicht empfehlenswert mit Kindern anzureisen. Das Hotel ist sonst sehr, sehr empfehlenswert, weil es genau wie auf den Bildern identisch aussieht.

In der gleichen Strasse hat man alles vorhanden, einfach nur praktisch.

Super hotel très bien situé

Les chambres sont spacieuse et bien fournis en équipements, dommage que les lumières ne puissent pas s'allumer individuellement (bouton bienvenu ou relax) peignoires, serviettes, parfait dommage que les produit tel que le champoing et gel douche soit des produits trop basic pour qu'on puisse les utiliser, par contre il y a brosse à dent et rasoir ce qui est parfait, emplacement idéal sur gran via pour les touristes je recommande et j'y retournerai grâce à la réduction Vol+hotel c'était super

Familie mit 2 grösseren Kindern

Die Lage ist perfekt.Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Das Standartfernsehen genügt,da es auch 2 deutsche Sender beinhaltet. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und war an Auswahl nicht zu übertreffen. :)))
