Great location along Gran Via.
Great location along Gran Via. Walking distance to the grand palace, Sol and Plaza Mayor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Free wi-fi! Callao metro just outside the hotel. Very accessible. Would definitely stay at the hotel again and recommend to friends.

Great Hotel
Location of this hotel was EXCELLENT! Located right in the heart of Madrid. Friendly staff & helpful too. Had a great time - would definitely return.

Highly recommend "Valor" for a great snack of absolutely delicious Hot Chocoate (they even had sugar free hot chocoate for me). They make the most delicious "churros" to die for & of course have a wonderful ice cream selection plus more!

Best hotel experience
On arrival we were upgraded to a superior room without requesting it. My wife and I found it hard to criticise anything. Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were all superb. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was large, modern, well-appointed and very comfortable. The only very minor problem was an ill-fitting shower door which leaked, but absolutely everything else was far above my expectations. This was easily the best hotel experience my wife and I have had. Superb!

Madrid Tapas Tours . A guided walking tour of tapas restaurants lasting all evening. Excellent introduction to Madrid with recommendations to other restaurants which we tried successfully on subsequent nights. Highly recommended.

Location location..
Just returned from a 3 night stay here and it was perfect in all respects. The room was spotless with an individual chocolate left on bed on arrival, a nice touch! we both agreed that it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Vincci is located literally right on the doorstep of central Madrid, you can easily walk to the Sol district and every other shop or restaurant you could wish for. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful and overall we really enjoyed our stay! will return.

Very modern with amazing views of Madrid
The hotel staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a premium room for free. We only paid $80 but got a fancy modern room on the top floor with a 20 foot long balcony with incredible views of Madrid. There was construction outside but we could hear nothing from our room. We were glad it had air conditioning but it did smell bad when we turned it on. For some reason no Spanish hotels we stayed in had fans in the bathroom, so this like the others had a slight mildew smell. Otherwise it was great.

Wonderful location for the price
This was my first trip to Madrid- the hotel location was perfect for what I wanted to accomplish: to enjoy great food, shopping and sightseeing. It's all right outside the door! I would recommend booking a "Superior" room- it's worth the price difference. Also, great sundeck on the 7th floor w/outdoor showers. View of Grand Via from 9th floor rooftop was also a plus.

Quick but great trip
This hotel was a great surprise in terms of location, cleanliness and the room size and decor. It was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was great, especially for European accomodations. The lobby can be misleading as it is a bit small and dark. Also, I would have liked some help with luggage as there was no bellhop. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

unbeatable location for the price
The location of the hotel is excellent. Most of the museums, restaurants, places to go, shopping are walking distance. The metro is next to the hotel. The street may be noisy but with the windows closed you do not hear any noise from the street. The hotel is clean,airconditioning is good.

Great location, Interesting Hotel
Great location. Perfect for exploring Madrid. Cool concept for rooms. Very different. Enjoyed the refreshing look. Fire alarm went off for 1 hour from 1am to 2am. It wouldn't stop. We were however provided with complimentary breakfast, which we very much appreciated.
