With its location on Gran Via, one of the busiest Madrid thoroughfares, steps from public transport and walking distance to major attractions, the Vincci Capitol affords guests the perfect location from which to start a visit to Spain's capital city. The grand Art Deco building houses ultramodern, clean and quiet rooms. The Reimes Bar offers guests a place to sip a cocktail and snack while enjoying the fabulous nighttime views over the bustling city streets, and the famous Cines Capitol on the ground floor is the perfect place to catch a movie.

This was a great hotel, location

This was a great hotel, location and service. The people at the Front Desk were every so helpful. I had a dilema where my wallet was stolen whilst on the train and when I got to the hotel and advised them, they were ever so sympathetic and offered assistance and checked that we were okay up until we checked out. Enjoyed my stay immensely!!! Would recommend it to everyone travelling to Madrid.

good central hotel-you can walk

good central hotel-you can walk to all the interesting museums and palace within 15-20 minutes.Good buffet breakfast provided at the hotel.

Great location. Quite at night,

Great location. Quite at night, great pastry cafe across the road (go downstairs). View from rooftop awesome. Subway next door. Good bed and wifi free but plug into correct point or there's a cost. (ask reception)

had a very good large room - excellent

had a very good large room - excellent service - excellent checkin with multilingual and effecient and very pleasant staff on the front desk. Willing to oblige with things like ice and extra glasses if you are entertaining. Mini bar is not topped up during the stay which seems to be a Spanish thing - ie you have to ask. Very well located in the middle of the Gran Via with amazing views from rooms on upper levels

Really good hotel to use as a

Really good hotel to use as a base on your stay to Madrid. Its easy to go shopping and drop back the bags! Not the kind of hotel that you "hang out" in. There is only 1 English channel (CNN) but there are movies on demand.
