The Tryp Diana hotel has been especially designed for business people and is located next to the Madrid - Barajas airport, the IFEMA fairground and perfectly comunicated with the city center by the ring roads M-30 and M-40. Extremely poor service for 4*
A very poor welcome by staff who seemed to consider the hotel was there for their benefit. When enjoying a pleasant drink with my daughter on the terrace, where we had ordered and were brought the drinks, we were at one point told we had to take them inside to finish them as the terrace was then being changed to a different set of drinks management. The restaurant service was excellent, but the overall experience ensured we will not be going back.

Amazing!
Really cheap prose for such and amazing hotel. Bathrooms were clean and newly renovated. It felt like a 5 star bathroom. Great location and has an amazing breakfast.

Metro station about a 4 minute walk. Take the metro to the heart of Madrid for one euro!

Airport location
The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport which was convinent for an early morning flight. The hotel was also a few block walk from a subway stop that brought you in Madrid's center. The room was clean and recently remodeled.
