easy to get to

on arrival we were greeted with a very friendly welcoming girl on reception. Very helpful staff and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast which was extra was well worth the money :)

The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Laura who worked at the reception. She was so sweet and made us feel so at home!!! I would also recommend the breakfast if they offer you the 2 for 1 special. You can't beat the price and their selection is very good.

Friendly staff, excellent location

Hotel rooms were very clean and had a huge amount of space. The room designers were very modern with clean lines, and quite comfortable. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from the Palace and all the local Plaza's which made it very convenient for our vacation. Hotel staff were extremely helpful in helping us find directions, point out destinations on the map, etc. My girlfriend and I would highly recommend this location for other travelers.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Definitely check out the Royal Palace and the adjacent Cathedral. Admission is pretty cheap but the views are fabulous. Definitely bring your student ID (if applicable) as you can save a few dollars too.

I was traveling with my teenage daughter and doing a lot of walking around and sightseeing everyday. The hotel was a five minute walk to the Metro and a short distance from the center of the city. The room was immaculately clean and the staff very nice and helpful. We had a fridge, stove and microwave in the room (a grocery store around the corner) which made the stay with a teenager VERY convenient.

Perfect Neighborhood to Explore Madrid

An oasis in the buzz of the city, SV was exactly the kind of place you hope to be able to come and go from, knowing that when you arrive or return you will be safe, comfortable, and still right where you want to be to quickly go back out and explore. Right above the Plaza de España, the neighborhood could not be nicer (you imagine wanting to live there), but it is very easy to walk to the Palace or Plaza Mayor. We easily walked to Pricipe Pio for the bus to Segovia as well, and other transport is convenient.

The park on the west side has a nice walking or running track and great views off to the NW edges of the city.

hôtel très bien situé par rapport

hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre ville, très propre et agréablement meublé. Le seul reproche est la froideur de la réception (tout juste bonjour) et nous avons déploré que personne ne s'exprime en français .
