Avant-garde hotel in Madrid

Part of the hotel chain Room Mate, the Oscar stands in the trendy area of Madrid overlooking the Plaza Vazquez de Mella. The building has been totally renovated so that it boasts a modern and avant-garde design, designed by Tomas Alia. Cleverly incorporated into its multifunctional space is a very large cafe/bar and a restaurant that will satisfy most palates. For those who love their fine food and wine, some of the best restaurants in Spain are minutes from Room Mate Oscar. Other nearby attractions include the Reina Sofia and the Prado Museum.

Great Location

The Room Mate Oscar hotel is in a great location. The room was larger than expected (for a European hotel). The hotel was a little pretentious, but that is just a slight complaint. The free breakfast (until noon) and wireless internet was very nice. The hotel is close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. I would totally recommend this hotel for someone seeking some peace, quite, and relaxation during their trip to Madrid.

je trouve dommage le manque d'

je trouve dommage le manque d'information sur les différentes prestations de l'hôtel (horaires, ouverture, les différents étages....) il serait bien de rajouter des peignoirs et des chaussons dans chaque chambre.
