Regina Hotel Madrid

Good location, and reasonable price compared to other Hotels in central Madrid. Good resturant on site. English spoken.

This hotel is perfect for american travelers. Big clean room, wood floors, a HUGE bed!!! Nice bar/restuarant. Safe area, great location with the 'Seville' metro stop right at the hotel. Have paid double in Europe for half the quality. Would stay again in a minute.

First trip to Spain, and this hotel was just right! The staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the location was perfect for sightseeing, close to Plaza Mayor and all of the major sights. We walked almost everywhere, and took the metro to get to museums and parks, there is a stop right in front of the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean.

The Regina is convenient for all the sites of Madrid. Walk out the front Metro on the left.I will definitely stay again.

Location great!!! Staff was amazing, they helped up with activities, reservations speak excellent English. Great experience. No complaints at all.

You can not get a better location for a stay in Madrid! It is just minutes to walk to Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor and there's a Metro station outside of the hotel door!! Staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful, rooms are immaculately clean and more spacious than others in Europe. We will definitely be staying there again!

The hotel staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. They helped me set up a shuttle to the airport to save on the cab ride and were always able to answer my question

The Regina Hotel is very nicely located-close to the Metro, the tour bus, the Plaza del Sol, the Plaza Cibeles, The Plaza Mayor and many other places of interest. The staff is great, always pleasant and willing to help in any way they can. The room was impeccably clean, every day. The room we stayed in didn't have a view, but it was still nice. It was probably more expensive than other places, but worth the value of knowing that the staff will help you with whatever you need. They lent me a battery charger adapter, made reservations for a Flamingo Show, offered to get tickets for the tour bus, and confirmed our return flight at airport 24 hours in advance. They even offered to exchange money to Euros right there at the front desk. So, you can't beat the assistance they offered. Just a bit more expensive. I would have liked more TV options, but that wasn't a problem nor complaint, just sharing. At check out I was mistakenly charged for something from the hotel bar, but later was offered a reimbursement. Not a problem. Very nice stay. Thank you.

Das Hotel hat eine erstklassige Lage, man kommt von der U-Bahn Station Sevilla hoch und steht praktisch schon vor dem Hoteleingang. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei uns war das Frühstücksbüffet im Preis inbegriffen und sehr reichhaltig! Die Zimmer (wir hatten ein Twin und ein Triple) waren sauber und groß genug, auch die Betten waren breit genug. Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt durchaus zu empfehlen!!!

Posizione centralissima, di fronte alla fermata Sevilla del metro e a pochi passi dalla zona di locali, ristoranti e delle principali attrazioni, camera pulita, grande e confortevole. Unica nota negativa, per un prezzo simile mi aspettavo la colazione inclusa. Nel complesso giudizio più che buono.
