This hotel combines style with a prime location just a few blocks from international boutique shopping on Calle Serrano, and a metro stop on the doorstep.
All rooms provide guests with modern amenities and the comfort of home with 24-hour in-room dining. Gregorio Maraon metro station, beside the hotel, connects guests with Barajas Airport in just 15 minutes.
The Club Miguel Angel, will be closed the entire month of August, from 1 to 31 included.
You would be able reserve the rooms belonging to the Club but the 5th floor will be closed. Reception and Concierge Services will be received in the main reception and breakfast at the restaurant Arco. SERVICES Club in August included: - Bonus redeemable for welcome drink at the Hotel Bar - Welcome tray in the room - Breakfast in the restaurant Arco - Soft drinks from the mini bar. - Daily newspapers, national and international - A cleaning shoes (1 pair). On request.

I would have difficulty relating the description on ebookers to the hotel we stayed in! The hotel was fine, but I have stayed in 4 star hotels that were far superior. Service was ok. Room was ok - badly laid out and in need of vacumming under the bed! Hotel is well located beside a metro station and that's about the best I can say for it. We got a fantastic deal with ebookers so I'm not really complaining but more to set expectations for others...

excellent hotel
excellent hotel with metro at the entrance of the hotel and bus stop across the street all going to center(gran via, puerta del sol...) clean room with all amenities and comfortable bed. Had an exquisite new year eve dinner. For those who like to go dancing the disco is around the corner and lots of restaurant around the hotel.

Spa kostet €20/Tag/Person plus €10 für Hut, d.h. €60 für 2 Personen / Tag ( 5 Stunden max ). Es war eine schlechte Ueberaschung fuer ein Spa-Hotel. Wir denken es muss deutlich beschreiben werden.

El hotel es todo nombre pero necesita
El hotel es todo nombre pero necesita una reforma urgente, ya que para nada son las instalaciones como lo que uno vee y se imagina en el folleto. En definitiva lo que le queda es la ubicación y los jardines, pero necesita una reforma integral de urgencia...
