The recently refurbished 5-star Melia Madrid Princesa features an exclusive personalized service, "The Level." which includes rooms with prime views, breakfast, an open bar and free business center use. Wonderful

Great location and staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stayed in this hotel. Good size room and bathrooms were very clean. Good service. Very nice atmosphere. Excellent for the price. If go again to Madrid, will definitely stay in this hotel. Loved it

priced well

contemporary decorated hotel, spacious rooms and super bathroom. service was very good. a little noise, but not too bad. great view from our 10th floor room. bed was a little hard.

Nice room Very modern, Great view

Nice room Very modern, Great view (I was on the 12 floor). Close to Metro, El Corte Ingles and Plaza España.

Very much geared to Spanish-speaking

Very much geared to Spanish-speaking guests. No English-language newspapers or magazines. Charge for everything, including calling for a taxi or €3.50 for ice to room! Staff friendly.

Un bon Hôtel mais....

Chambres microscopiques, tout est à supplément, y compris la piscine à 15 euros/jour/personne Petit dej très bien mais cher aussi 18/jour/personne aucune réduc pour les enfants. Moralité, avec deux enfants, le coût petit dej + piscine est plus cher que le prix de la chambre !!!

La habitación Gran Premium que

La habitación Gran Premium que empleamos tenía tanto o más espacio dedicado a bañera (de hidromasaje y grande), elementos de aseo y vestidor con armarios que de habitación propiamente dicha... Así y todo la calidad de la cama y de los demás enseres fue muy notable. El desayuno es muy completo y de gran calidad.
