This place is really great. However, the physical plant looks a little timeworn and could use a face lift. Otherwise, it was great.

It's the Ritz

The Ritz is just what you expect. The service is very friendly and helpful in a very elegant setting. The rooms are dated with their french furnishings and no comfortable chairs to sit in but all faults of this hotel are easily overlooked by having the best location in the city.
