Recently renovated hotel located minutes from Puerta del Sol in Madrid
In the heart of downtown Madrid, within walking distance of Puerta del Sol and surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment venues, Hotel Regente Madrid is the perfect base from which to explore the capital of Spain. The recently refurbished hotel offers cozy, traditionally decorated accommodations with amenities such as ticket services, a currency exchange and a free left luggage service. L'hotel si trova in una posizione

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, vicino a due stazioni della Metro (Gran Via e Callao), vicino alla Puerta del Sol; inoltre, molte delle attrazioni del centro cittadino possono essere facilmente raggiutne a piedi. Il servizio è buono, il personale non ama parlare in inglese, ma capisce perfettamente l'italiano. Nell'offerta non era inclusa la colazione (che costa 12 euro a persona), ma è possibile far colazione in locali vicini come lo Zahara Cafè (anche se non è ambiente molto accogliente) o la Cerveceria Cruz Blanca (a 100 mt), dove c'è un'accoglienza tipicamente spagnola.

Ottimo albergo centralissimo,

Ottimo albergo centralissimo, a due passi da più metro. Molto pulito e con arredamento nuovo. Ho preso un offerto 3x2 quindi è stato anche molto conveniente. Consigliatissimo!!

Staffs in night time (they are young) are kind and very helpful, which made me satisfied enough. The only thing I would like to mention is the attitude of a staff when I checked out. It seemed that he was not so friendly to asian people.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Boa Limpeza. Da parte de funcionários : não apreciei a simpatia dos funcionários que apanhei na tarde de sabado e na manha de domingo. Quando aos funcionários que apanhei no sabado à noite : afáveis e simpacticos. ( Falo dos da recepção). Aconselho.. não são, de certo, dois empregados no meio de tantos que me farão dar uma avaliação negativa.
