21st in madrid !
Spend 4 days here with my boyfriend, hotel was spotless and even though we only got in our room at 11.30 pm the maids were in the next day, changed the bins and made the bed, excellent location couldn't get any better, the hotel was also warm as we were there in Feb it was a little chilly. Good quality hotel in excellent location!

They forced my suitcase lock!!
Returning to my room on the 2nd day I found my lock on my suitcase was forced and got broken on the inside. I could not open my suitcase anymore because the key would not go in. After trying for 45 min I finally got lucky. Nothing was taken (because they could not open the lock?) so I just told the reception and showed them the lock. I had no evidence so I left it and just bought a new lock for the remaining days. Never experienced this in my 20 years of travelling before..... Negative: -Grumpy people at the reception -Bad beds -Walls are too thin, noisy rooms/hallway Positive: -Location, everything at walking distance, alive and busy environment

Zentral super gelegen und sehr nahe zur metro
Es hat alles super funktioniert einziger SChwachpunkt ist das teure W-lan.

Bon business hotel
Les plus : bien situé (métro à 2mn), accueil 24h/24h, chambres confortables. Les moins : salle de bains propre, mais défraîchie - classique -, et accueil au lobby plutôt froid - une certaine morgue madrilène ?

Tolle Lage - mieses Personal
DIe Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut! Schwach und unfreundlich war das Personal. Der Gipfel: Nach dem Check-Out gingen wir ein letztes mal an der Rezeption vorbei. Die Angestellten dort schauten uns mit großen Augen an, doch wurden wir nicht verabschiedet oder uns eine gute Reise gewünscht...einfach mies!

chambres vieillottes...mal insonorisees... petit dejeuner moyen,petite salle: 30minutes d attente le matin a 9h... wifi payant 10 euros par jour salle de sport ( 1 velo 1 tapis et 1 appareil de muscu) 6euros par jour par contre, bien placé en plein centre

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Toplage für alle Sightseeingtouren rund um Madrid, Preis-Leistung passt hier zu 100 %. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, es gibt genügend Cafe´s in der Grand Via und Umgebung. Wir hatten für 3 Personen 2 Zimmer, 2 Fernseher (nur spanisches Programm), 2 Klimaanlagn und einen wunderschönen kleinen Balkon im 7. Stock, genialer Blick über Madrid. Für eine Stadtbesichtigung völlig ausreichend.

Unbeding mit dem Teleferico (Gondel) fahren hinter dem "Temblo de Debod" gelegen, dort kann man Madrid von Oben sehen, ganz toll (Kostet 5,50 € Hin- und Rückfahrt)
