The H10 Villa De La Reina is in a grand early 20th century building that was modernized and restored into the 4-star hotel that stands on Gran Via in the Madrid city center today. With 74 comfortable guest rooms, meeting facilities, a restaurant and bar, business center, and free Wi-Fi, guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay, but it is the amazing location that makes the hotel the perfect place for visitors to Madrid. Great location.

The hotel was under construction on the outside only. We stayed at 4 different hotels in Spain. This one was not memorable. Location was excellent though. Very close to everything. Could walk most places.

Unbeatable location for the price

Summer is here, and the air condition was not working properly. Madrid was 40C+, but location is great you can walk all city from the Hotel. Metro station at the corner if someone comes from airport the metro is 1E + 1E exit to the airpor. Good experience

Sheek Hotel, Great Location, However...

First room given was tiny. The bed was hard. No room in the room. Bathroom shower door was incomplete. Water got everywhere... We were given a second room with twin beds on our honeymoon. Disappointnent to say the least. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. Location was premier! Don't need a car just jump on the metro or head to the bus terminal to get everywhere.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

DEFINITELY TAKE THE BUS TURISTICO FOR 2 DAYS...instead of 1 because it also acts as a bus ticket all day to get everywhere. COMPLETELY WORTH IT!!!

Màxima atención del servicio,

Màxima atención del servicio, la única pega el picnic del dia de marcha, teníamos alojaminento y desayuno pero por vuelo del avión salimos antes de empezar desayuno. El bufet desayuno excelente, tanto dulce como salado, en cambio el pícnic era un poco escaso.

:) Ascensor fascinante. Trato excelente :( Habitación muy limpia pero pequeña (sin mesa de trabajo) y sin cenicero El acceso a Internet es gratuito pero se corta continuamente pese a tener una señal excelente. El firewall del hotel debe hacer de las suyas.
