Rooms and corridors are ample, silent, comfortable and therfore restful. Personel is just ok, too grumpy at times.

Sheek Hotel, Great Location, However...
First room given was tiny. The bed was hard. No room in the room. Bathroom shower door was incomplete. Water got everywhere... We were given a second room with twin beds on our honeymoon. Disappointnent to say the least. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. Location was premier! Don't need a car just jump on the metro or head to the bus terminal to get everywhere.

DEFINITELY TAKE THE BUS TURISTICO FOR 2 DAYS...instead of 1 because it also acts as a bus ticket all day to get everywhere. COMPLETELY WORTH IT!!!

Great location.
The hotel was under construction on the outside only. We stayed at 4 different hotels in Spain. This one was not memorable. Location was excellent though. Very close to everything. Could walk most places.

Unbeatable location for the price
Summer is here, and the air condition was not working properly. Madrid was 40C+, but location is great you can walk all city from the Hotel. Metro station at the corner if someone comes from airport the metro is 1E + 1E exit to the airpor. Good experience

Our room 304 was provided with
Our room 304 was provided with a faulty floor lamp. The shower did not work particularly well due to leakage from 'the wrong places' on both the shower hose and the shower head. Asking at reception when sheets were meant to be changed and got the answer 'every second night' I told them our sheets had not been changed after four nights. Then they were changed. - Breakfast buffet was nice and so were the staff.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, great central location, smartly furnished room. Only complaint is the slow and erratic wireless internet... I would definitely stay here again...

Great location!
Great location. 2 min from a metro station and walking distance to many sites, shopping and dinning. We book a room including breakfest buffet which was very good. Our room was facing Gran Via, so it got a little noisy one night, but nothing major. Would stay again.

Like the sister hotel in Barcelona,
Like the sister hotel in Barcelona, this hotel was fantastic. Only faults were that it did not have jacuzzi or a rooftop bar and the staff were a little bit rude.
