The apartments offer independent, fully equipped kitchens and are ideal for longer stays, executives and families. There is a car park, WI-FI Internet connection, a cafe-restaurant and a panoramic rooftop pool. The hotel offers Bar, Business centre, Concierge, Conference facilities, Doctor on call, Dry cleaning, Internet access High-Speed, Internet access Wireless, Laundry service, Lift / Elevator, Lobby, Non-smoking rooms, Parking facilities at cost, Pets allowed at cost, Reception, Restaurant, Safe deposit box at cost, Solarium and Swimming pool outdoor. The restaurant closes on the 1st January and on the 24th/25th and 31 of December. Swimming pool opens from June till middle September.

Needs a good refurbishment great

Needs a good refurbishment great 1980s DECOR. Only good part is the roof top Swimming Pool to cool off from the Madrid heat with a "Cold Drink" supplied by yourself is good.

Pretty good!!

Clean place. Decent pool on the roof, could maybe use a little more care.. but it was at the end of the season. Appartments are pretty big actually, with a full kitchen! Its right near the stadium, so good if you want to hit a futbol game, and also the metro stations which take you all around Madrid. I would recommend.

SURPRISEl !!

Très calme. Beaucoup d'espace.Equipement assez vieu. impossible de fermer le robinet de la douche, il à coule pendant tout le sejour. L'équipement de la cuisine est périmé. La proprete laisse à desirer, le canape était sale et l'armoire de la salle de bains poussièreux. Surprise !!, on à voulu nous faire payer le petit déjeuner qui était compris et clairement noté dans le booking, vraiment honteux pour un hotel 4*.

Très bien situé pour se rendre au stade Santiago Bernabeu à pied. En metro à un seul arrêt.

Buena ubicación y servicio correcto.

Buena ubicación y servicio correcto. Los apartamentos son amplios y cómodos. Algo a mejorar es la moqueta de algún apartamento que está algo gastada ya. Hay apartamentos para fumadores, pero son mucho mejores los para no fumadores que están totalmente reformados

Certaines chambres auraient

Certaines chambres auraient besoin d´etre rajeunies et rafraichies. Moquette trouee et tachée, glissiere des rideaux non entretenues, cuisine sommairement équipée (cuisiniere et four datant de 20 ans en mauvais etat ) Par contre la robinetterie de la douche/baignenoire a été changée:
