Very clean and comfortable hotel.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Great location, approx 30 Euros to international airport. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

They turned of the Air conditioning
They turned of the Air conditioning whenthey cleaned.I understand it from an energy point of wiew of saving but for me as a guest it was quiet unconvenient.

Apart from the fact that the hotel
Apart from the fact that the hotel is advertised as having air conditioning and they don't put it on it was fine. The breakfast was 2nd to none. If you get a room at the front it is noisey all day and night. the rooms are triple glazed but 6 lanes of traffic noise comes through. Staff were very good all round most speaking a little English. Ideal location for seeing everything that Madrid has to offer and that is plenty.

Super friendly & accomodating
Super friendly & accomodating staff. Central location in safe locale without much noise; local shops, restaurants, etc. Airy rooms with fluffy towels and good cleanlines.

la situation centrale de cet hôtel sauve le reste. Ne vaut certainement pas un 4* tout juste 3*. Nécessite une très grosse rénovation. Personnel OK

Ficamos (3 casais), 3 noites, mas na hora de nosso check-in, não havia disponível cama de casal, conseguindo após algumas horas de espera. Não sei se foi reservado ou não pela agência, mas causou um pequeno descontentamento. Faço esse comentário apenas como alerta, para não deixar de uma próxima vez, nenhum comentário negativo. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo recepcionista, o qual não lembro o nome, mas sei que tratava-se de um rapaz Argentino, muito atencioso e dou os parabéns, por esse atendimento.
