Great Hotel, Great Location
This is an unbelievably great location right in the middle of Spain. It is about a 1/2 block from Gran Via Metro stop, and a short walk from many great attractions. The internet is free and the rooms are great.

The Hotel offers a shuttle to/ from the airport. Currently the cost is 12 Euros per person. If you can do the metro instead, the cost is 1 Euro per trip, and it ends up 1/2 block away at the Gran Via station. You will need to transfer trains to so this, but it will save you a lot of money.

Pieni virhe loppulaskussa
Pidin hotellista kovasti ja henkilökunta vaikutti ystävälliseltä. Viimeisenä aamuna jouduin lähtemään jo ennen kuutta lentokentälle ja aamupöpperöisenä en huomannut että jouduin maksamaan yhden aamiaisen liikaa. Eli tulin sisään 7.3. illalla ja lähdin pois 12.3. aamulla. Yhteensä 4 aamiaista x n.8 euroa tekisi noin 32 euroa, mutta minä maksoin 5x 8 yhteensä noin 40 euroa. Virheitä sattuu kaikille, minulle jäi hotellista tosi hyvä kuva.

Un Week-end formidable. De l'hotel, on est au centre de la ville. On peut tout faire à pied.

Pendant les soldes, les obhjets de trés bonne qualité sont à moins 70%. pour ceux qui aiment les souliers de bonne qualité à des prix formidables, c'est le meilleur endroit surtout en période des soldes.

tres agleable, tout le personnel tres gentils vraiment au service de ces clients ( tres rare de nos jours..) tres bien place, mais chambres cote interieur, sans lumiére de jour...... dans l'ensemble un bon hotel.

Tolles zentral gelgenes Hotel
Wir waren im August 2012 4 Nächte im Hotel Best Western Arosa. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer ausreichend groß und mit schönem Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war für spanische Verhältnisse richtig GUT !. Die Lage in der Grand Via ist einfach TOP !!!. Mitten in Madrids Einkaufs- und Altstadtviertel. Das Hotel ist auch vom Flughafen für knapp 5.- € mit der Metro perfekt zu erreichen. Wir kommen wirklich rum und daher können wir das Best Western Arosa für einen Städtetrip richtig empfehlen

Hotel muy centrico. Buena relacion
Hotel muy centrico. Buena relacion calidad-precio. La limpieza de las habitaciones y de las zonas comunes estaba bien hecha. Lo unico que no me acabo de gustar fue que el mobiliario de la habitacion era muy simple, armario pequeño, minibar cerrado con llave y en el baño solo habia gel baño y champu, faltaban los complementos tipicos, limpia zapatos, jabon manos, peine, gorro baño.
