Worthwhile because there is a sister hotel next door

The hotel AXOR Feria is a good deal, but only because the hotel next door is part of the AXOR chain and has decent restaurant. They were also way behind schedule on the airport shuttle in the morning which made us a bit nervous. There were cabs available if it been any later.

Great for airport stay

Checked in late but was no problem. We got free parking with our reservation, and that saved us 15 euros. Breakfast not included and was a pricey 10 euros. We did not have the breakfast so can't say if it was worth it. Free computer access in lobby was nice touch. Also a Wii game zone. Airport shuttle was free and on time.

Good and Clean Place

International airport where they don't speak much english

I turned up having no luggage at the airline has misplaced it. I found no sympathy or understanding or assistance from the staff. On a postitive there is free wifi and access to computers but all in spanish so be warned if you want to clear your search history from you browser. There is a mall near by so that's good for cheap eating. You have to go next door for dinner. Breakfast is reasonably priced though.

OK for an early flight

The hotel is definitely hard to get to unless you use the free airport shuttle or get a cab. There are no good public transport options for that area. The free shuttle is the only thing that made it worth the stay, but it is an hour wait between each one. The room was a standard European budget hotel room. At least the internet was free.

Great airport hotel

The rooms were very nice. Clean and quiet. An airport shuttle was provided and they also provided free wifi. It was also within walking distance of a huge mall if you needed anything from a mall.

Good Airport Location(but not for sites)

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, but the downside was that it was not at all convenient to seeing sites in Madrid. Hotel did provide free shuttle service to the airport and free parking for the first night. Since there were 4 of us, I had booked and paid for 2 rooms in advance. My fiance arrived before I did and had to provide credit card payment even though she had a copy of my payment voucher; the desk clerk said that she was in a second room. Eventually this was cleared up when I showed the clerk that I had made payment for 2 rooms. Buffet breakfast for ten euro was okay, but I've had better in other large European cities.

Very Nice

We needed a place near the Madrid Airport for an early fight the next morning. The location was great and their shuttle service was a big plus - runs every 15 minutes starting at 5:00 am and drops you off at your correct terminal. This hotel did not have a restaurant, but we had a fantastice meal at their sister hotel right next door.
