More information needed
Crispy clean room with good service from staffs satisfied us. Spain is full of it's greatness in their history. We enjoyed visiting very prominent museums. If you are new to Spain, don't try to drive by yourself. No navigator, no way out. I was not informed of seperate charge of breakfast and parking. It was rather annoying.

Okay for the price
Family of 5.Third trip to Spain. 5 night stay. Wanted an apartment to do some breakfasts and some late meals in. Apartment had adequate kitchenette but not well supplied,(untensils,glasses,plates etc. Also no coffee pot or pans of any sort.). Kids slept on 2 sofa sleepers,one of which was broken. Not so private bedroom(only bathroom in apartment was situated in main bedroom)had 2 twin beds pushed together. Beds were extremely hard and pillows were little more than seat cushins. Good sleep was difficult! Location was okay,right by metro stop. Hotel food was pricey. Family restaurants in area are few. Its a university part of city. More tapas bars than anything,FILLED with students.We have stayed at other Hotel apartments in Spain comparably priced with better facilities.

Good hotel in great location
The hotel is in a great location, has friendly staff and is quiet and restful. The Air conditioner in one room didn't work at first, but was fixed promptly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Madrid.

You can buy breakfast food at El Corte Ingles that is just a block away, keep the food in the kitchenettes in the rooms, and save 10 Euros a day that the hotel charges for breakfast.

great place to stay with your family
Traveling with family, all six. Neat, clean and effecient. Staff were friendly with everyone and spoke some English. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

Et godt valg.
Opholdt os på hotellet som alm. turister i 5 dage. Hotellet lå godt og centralt i forhold til Metro og indkøbsmuligheder og i en rolig gade.Brugte ikke hotellets morgenmadstilbud men benyttede os flittigt af naboskabet til en hyggelig og god restaurant. Faciliteterne var generelt gode men køkkenet savnede udstyr - nogle vinglas bør være standard.Høj standard i øvrigt i forhold til klassificeringen med ***.

appreciations
Hôtel très bien situé. Équipement de la cuisine limité"pas d éponge de produit vaisselle et torchon" mais ok pour un petit déjeuner et un snack le soir. Isolation phonique sur la rue pas au top "surtout le vendredi soir" .accueil chaleureux et agréable lits confortables et très grande salle de bain bien fourni. Pour séjour en famille nous avons beaucoup marché dans les rues de Madrid. Cette une ville agréable et variée: le musée de la reine Sofia, le palais royal et le parc . Les commerçants sont particulièrement agréables. Bon séjour
